Mint Sauce Recipe
Updated: May 24, 2020
Who doesn't love a good mint sauce! Unfortunately majority of the ones you find on the supermarket shelves are full of more than just mint! Majority of them are packed with sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, artificial flavours, flavour enhancers, additives etc. And let's be real. If you can't understand the ingredients on the label then neither will your beautiful body.
So why not try my quick and easy three ingredient clean mint sauce!
2 TBSP Mint Either fresh or dried
1/4 Cup of Rice Malt Syrup
1/4 Cup White Cooking Wine
Add ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. Once you've reached boiling point reduce the sauce to a simmer and simmer for at least five minutes and then BANG you're done! (If you prefer a thicker consistency you can whisk some arrowroot powder through)
